Clinically Tested Ca19 Capsuler Roller Type Series [mCc1GSZb]

Applicator for roll-on type capsules: Polylaminate or Tin, for wine / spirit / oil bottles or similar, approx. 28 to 33mm outside neck diameter.

NOT for heat-shrink PVC capsules.

Machine is single speed 1380 rpm, with six rollers which spin and move down the bottle neck to smooth on the capsule. Pressure is adjustable by moving rubber rings on the spindle shafts to achieve best results with different capsule materials and bottle neck profiles.

With the horizontal bench-top version, bottles are held firmly and pushed into the machine. The optional vertical stand has a lever to make the machine move down onto the bottle: easier for the operator and gives more consistent results.
