Covington Maxi Lap
Aluminum Heads

Covington's all-new Aluminum Heads are machined out of solid, billet 6061 aircraft aluminum. These solid heads are stronger and heavier duty than the old cast-aluminum heads. Attach a sanding or polishing disc to the face and it's ready to use.

These heads come in two versions. You can get them with sponge rubber for a more cushioned, softer grind or  without rubber so you can attach your disc directly to the head, giving you a harder surface to grind on. You can use "feathering disc adhesive" for attaching discs to both aluminum head styles.

The maxi lap heads feature a 1/2"-20RH thread and a shorter hub for use with Covington's Maxi Lap machines.
