In this bundle we handpicked complementary woven fabrics that blend beautifully with each other and will allow you to create a cohesive multiple piece outfit, in this case our exclusive Summer Party Rainbow Leaves Navy viscose, designed by Rachel Parker, paired with our new soft washed corduroy.

These two fabrics are ideal for sewing a cohesive outfit in your desired colour palette. The viscose fabric is perfect for making a dress, shirt, skirt or a blouse while matching solid colour bottom weight fabric can be used to sew a skirt, trousers, over-shirt, shorts or a jumpsuit. 

Our suggested patterns for this bundle would be following:

For Washed Corduroy Fabric - We recommend the Sew House Seven Free Range Slacks (curve size range here), Cousette Magnette Trousers Named Clothing Aina Trousers or Closet Core Pietra Trousers. This fabric is also suitable for a shacket like the Friday Pattern Company Ilford Jacket

For Viscose Fabric - We recommend the Lise Tailor Pimpante Blouse, Atelier Brunette LA Blouse and Friday Pattern Company Donny Shirt and Patina Blouse. This fabric will also make a beautiful dress like the Closet Core Cielo Dress and Top or Lise Tailor Comet Dress and Blouse.

Threads are not included in this bundle, however if you would like to add matching threads to your fabrics please add threads separately to your basket and we will match them for you. If you require eny other sewing notions, you can purchase them from our haberdashery.

Summer Party - Rainbow Leaves Navy Viscose

Exclusively designed by Rachel Parker for Lamazi Fabrics, Rainbow Leaves features an abstract design of leaves in bold and beautiful shades on a navy background. This is one of our best selling designs, previously available on a cotton sateen base. 

The fabric itself is a sustainably manufactured viscose with ample drape and very soft, smooth feel. It will make the most beautiful dresses, jumpsuits and blouses. 

Rainbow Leaves viscose is also available in lighter shades of spring on an off-white background.

Suitable for: blouses, shirts, tops, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, nightwear and light and loose trousers.

Washing Instructions:  

It is advisable to always wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage will occur when the fabric is first washed. Wash your fabric on a delicate program, temperature max 30°, Gentle spin (max 800 rpm).

Do not tumble dry or dry clean. 

Use brand new, fine Microtex needle as well as new extra fine pins when sewing. 

Washed Corduroy

Soft and luxurious high quality washed cotton corduroy with a little stretch added to it for comfort. Corduroy fabric is perfect for sewing core autumn and winter pieces for your wardrobe like skirts, pinafores, dungarees, trousers and jackets or bags. The added stretch in this fabric will ensure you are comfortable and will allow you to get a closer fit. Washed Corduroy has been pre-washed which gives the fabric a beautiful soft, ‘lived in’ appearance.
