An EQ assessment debrief provides a thorough understanding of an individual's emotional intelligence (EI) and a strategic plan for leveraging and improving their emotional capabilities.

The one-on-one debrief is led by a Cooper Consulting Group Associate Consultant who is TTI Emotional Quotient Certified. The session lasts 60- minutes and is held virtually over Zoom.
