Enroflox 100 Injectable Solution is indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle and for treatment and control of swine respiratory disease (SRD) in swine. Each ml of Enroflox 100 Injectable Solution contains 100 mg enrofloxacin. Enroflox 100 provides flexible doses and durations of therapy. Enrofloxacin.
BRD Single Dose Therapy - Enroflox 100 may be used as single-dose therapy for treatment of BRD associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni and Mycoplasma bovis in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle. Administer one SQ dose of 7.5-12.5 mg per kg body weight (3.4-5.7 ml per 100 lbs).
BRD Multiple Day Therapy - Enroflox 100 may be used as multiple-day therapy for treatment of BRD associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni (previously Haemophilus somnus) in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle. Administer a daily SQ dose of 2.5-5 mg per kg body weight (1.1-2.3 ml per 100 lbs). Treatment is usually repeated at 24 hour intervals for 3 days. Additional treatments may be recommended on Days 4 and 5.
SRD Single Dose Therapy - Enroflox 100 may be used as single-dose therapy for the treatment and control of swine respiratory disease (SRD) associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis and Streptococcus suis. Administer one SQ dose of 7.5 mg per kg body weight (3.4 ml per 100 lbs).
Do not administer more than 20 ml per injection site in cattle. Do not administer more than 5 ml per injection site in swine.
