This Extra-Brut is a harmonious blend of the three noble grapes, sourced from seven prestigious villages. Half of the grapes are from the 2017 vintage, while the other half comes from a perpetual reserve of older vintages, aged in massive oak foudres. The base vintage ferments spontaneously in stainless steel and oak, followed by blending with the reserves and bottling without fining or filtration. The result is a wine that is not only delicious today but promises to evolve with age.
