Fleck 9100SXT Twin Alternating Softener System

Twin tanks provide continuous soft water. With a twin-tank system featuring the Fleck 9100SXT valve, families benefit from soft water 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Thats because the second tank acts as a backup, ready to immediately provide soft water once 100% of the first tank is used. While the second tank is in service, the first tank regenerates in preparation for the next alternation, giving you all the advantages of continuous soft water.

Each 9100SXT valve is manufactured from glass-filled Noryl composite material. The 9100SXT valve has been engineered to withstand years of uninterrupted use. The Noryl construction is also impervious to corrosion. Save money and be more efficient with up to 15% savings in both water and salt consumption over conventional single tank metered systems. Unlike preset single systems, the twin-tank system regenerates with soft water only when necessary. Plus it uses 100% of the softening capacity of tank in service. The end result? Up to fifteen percent savings in both water and salt.**

** Compared to a system with meter delayed regeneration and the reserve set at 30% of the system capacity, provided that half of the reserve capacity is unused.

One key NEW feature is the on-board capacitor, which keeps the correct time during a power outage for up to 48 hours! You may also program the system's regeneration sequence individually to maximize efficiency and keep water use to a minimum. Also, the system keeps time electronically, so the drive motor only runs during regeneration, saving the possiblity of motor burn-outs.
