The PROCHEM LW30 PRO FLOOR WASHER is a lightweight, multi-functional scrubber-drier which offers low profile settings, enabling its use on tiles, linoleum, carpets and matting. It can be used forward or in reverse, for convenient cleaning in confined areas.

Its 250-watt motor delivers 1800rpm and extracts up to 46l/sec; its solenoid pump can clean up to 250m² per hour.

Features include a 12" cylindrical brush with an LED controlled adjustable pressure. Electronic overload control ensures a constant brush speed is maintained. The LW30 PRO FLOOR WASHER has a total weight of 10.2kg; an upholstery cleaning kit and stain removal hand tool can be optionally added.
