ECO 06/6 is a low viscosity, inert PFPE oil ideal for use as lubrication fluid for turbomolecular vacuum pumps. It can also be used as sealing and lubricant oil for rotary vacuum pumps.

Perfluorinated polyether, or PFPE for short, is a virtually inert oil composed of only carbon, fluorine, and oxygen atoms. It's one of the highest performing lubricants used in the vacuum industry and normally used in demanding environments. As with all PFPE oils, the ECO-06/6 has high thermal stability, no flash or fire point, offer high dielectric properties, and is an environmentally friendly choice for rotary and turbomolecular vacuum pumps.
