TDB Series Breathers

The RMF Systems TDB breathers are equipped to function in the harshest environments. They feature a unique splash guard built into the standpipe that keeps oil mist away from the desiccant without compromising airflow. This series is fully serviceable and has optional check valves that prevent premature saturation of the silica gel and extend breather life. The spin on filter cap also provides a high dirt holding capacity.

1. Spin-On Filter Cap
A spin-on filter cap provides increased dirt holding capacity and removes airborne contamination to 3-micron absolute.

2. Foam Pad
Foam filter captures any oil mist and disperses incoming air evenly over filtration and drying areas.

External ribs on shell to create greater durability and grip when installing or replacing breather.

4. Splash Guard
Glass filled nylon standpipe with incorporated splash guard for increased durability and chemical compatibility, while protecting desiccant from oil mist and splashing.

5. Optional Check Valves
High quality check valves that won’t clog or stick are located underneath the unit for added protection from washdown environments. Check-valves isolate equipment from ambient conditions prolonging breather life and protecting system integrity.
