The S137 head line is designed for use on European and Asian imported molders that have larger spindle diameters. All cutterheads are precision CNC machined from heat treated high strength hardened alloy steel and dynamically balanced (ISO grade quality 1.0) to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. H7 precision bore tolerance is used to decrease radial run-out and provide the smoothest cut possible with a straight bore head. Molder cutter heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce smooth material finish with years of trouble free use. Knives and filler wedges sold separately.
