These use industry standard features and metric hardware, plus added features not offered by the German tool makers such as a high alloy tool steel body for greater tool life and deeper knife pockets for wider steel to be used for additional resharpenings. Knife pockets accept from 3/16" thick steel up to 10mm thick corg. steel. All cutterheads are precision CNC machined from high strength hardened alloy steel and designed to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. Molder cutter heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce smooth material finish with years of trouble free use.
