To ensure the availability of your preferred date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required. This deposit is a small investment towards securing the perfect party experience for you and your guests.

Host Responsibility and Event Details

As the host, you play a crucial role in inviting guests and ensuring they register for the event by the workshop deadline, which is 10 days prior to your scheduled date. This ensures we have ample time to prepare and create a memorable experience for everyone. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited. However, you can avoid this by adhering to the minimum guest requirements. To receive your full deposit back, you must have at least 6 guests attending one of the following sessions:

• Mon & Wed-Friday Mornings at 10am: Minimum of 6 guests
• Mon-Thurs Evenings: Minimum of 8 guests
• Fri.-Sunday Evenings: Minimum of 10 guests (July-Aug bookings have a 6 guest minimum)
• Sat. at 10 am: Minimum of 8 guests & Kids 10min

Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the event takes place. Failure to meet the minimum guest requirements by the deadline may result in cancellation and non-refund of your deposit. Rest assured, we will provide you with a unique registration link and assistance from our workshop coordinator to make the process seamless.
