The bottle itself is something pretty special; the ultra-cool patterned glass and striking labelling will make this a feature on any dinner table. And the wine inside backs up all that glitz and glam on the outside. With multiple gold medals and rave reviews, this is well-balanced and vibrant with delicate mousse and a long, fresh finish. Delightfully crisp and elegant, with delicate perlage and a pale straw yellow colour. To taste it has flavours of vibrant apple with peach notes and a delicate, floral and fruity finish.

Passerina is a largely unknown grape variety. It is a fresh wine, with simple clean, elegant fruit with crisp minerality. If you like your Albarino, Chablis or Picpoul  you will love this wine. It is a steal of a wine at the price point and will become one of your new favourites, as it has ours! It had a delicious crisp dry fruity finish, ideal as an aperitif.

Sidhuri Cococciola

Cococciola is an Italian grape variety from the east coast of southern Italy,  It is a green-skinned grape that produces pale coloured wine with refreshing  acidity and grassy, herbaceous aromas comparable to those found in Sauvignon Blanc. Excellent mouth-filling flavours of melon and peach. This is a delicious crisp dry white wine with great length and finish, and something different. Excellent value 

Castellane Barrel Fermented Pecorino

Slowly macerated for 48 hours in the press in the presence of carbon dioxide. Soft pressing and crushing, the must separated from the skins and the less noble lees, is sent to fermentation in barriques
 In the glass, the Lu Castelline presents itself  in a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections and unfolds a fruity bouquet on the nose with intense aromas of green apples, herbs, lemons and tropical fruits.

This wonderful barrique aged single estate wine is the epitome of what Italian wine is all about. Rich and opulent using native Montepulciano grapes and giving a supple delicious structure. Great with food or to enjoy on its own..
Very attractive dark ruby wine with typical Italian bitter cherry fruit softened with medium tannins. The wine shows layers of fruit concentration with a classy full bodied roundness and complexity, thanks to the 12 months it spends in small barriques prior to bottling. This wine will change your mind about Montepulciano!

This is a spectacular wine. Intense, with spice and leather notes, with pure rich generous fruit. It is vinified in the traditional way, then aged for 18 months in small casks and left to rest in bottle for 7 months before release. A spectacular wine with all the depth and weight expected of a flagship wine from Di Camillo. This is the top wine from the estate, and it offers great value as well.
