Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Cannubi is sourced from 30 year old Nebbiolo vines grown in the historic 'Cannubi' cru located in the village of Barolo. After traditional vinification the wine was matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks followed by 30 months in large capacity Slavonian oak casks and then further refinement in bottle prior to release. Deep garnet red in colour the Barolo Cannubi displays a rich bouquet with fruit and floral fragrances, and strong warm spiced scents. This is an elegant and velvety wine, characterised by its completeness, balance and well known longevity.
