The sourced malt is double distilled, blended with grain, then triple casked in ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts and peated casks. Finally, they’re left to age for 11 years. On the nose, an earthy aroma with hints of toasted oak. Upon tasting, there’s a rich honey sweetness, combined with salted citrus and sherry notes.
