Must-see 2013 Henriot Champagne Brut Cuvee Hemera ~ Selling Fast [EyuksSr3]

93 Wine Advocate - Henriot’s newly released 2013 Brut Cuvée Hemera reveals aromas of blanched almonds, pastry, fresh bread, lemon oil and ripe orchard fruits, a great effort in a particularly cold vintage. Moderately weighted and elegant, it is tense and straight on the palate, with a delicate phenolic structure that paves the way to an ethereal, saline finish enhanced by bright acids and a well-balanced mousse. This blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir was disgorged with a dosage of 3.5 grams per liter and is a great effort in the context of the vintage.
Named for the Greek goddess of daylight, Henriot Hemera is the pinnacle of winemaking at Champagne Henriot. The 2013 is a blend of the six founding crus, with each represented in equal part, through a singular year.
50% Chardonnay - 50% Pinot Noir
100% Grand Crus: Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly-Champagne in Montagne de Reims, and Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in Côte des Blancs
10 years of aging. Dosage 3,5g/L
