The 3rd and final release in our Remarkable Stills series.  A 47 year old single malt whisky made using 100% unpeated spirit from our unique Straight Neck pot stills. 

Distilled in 1974, this liquid started its journey in refill American Oak casks. After 43 years the liquid was transferred into 2nd fill Oloroso Sherry casks to add additional dried, tropical fruit complexity to complement the distillery’s orchard fruit characteristics created by our Remarkable Stills.
