Stirling Distillery is putting whisky back on the map in Stirling as we begin production of our own, new-make spirit. Whisky hasn’t been produced in Stirling since 1852 when the original Stirling Distillery closed its doors. That is about to change.

Be part of Stirling’s whisky journey and invest in our limited edition VI Casks for King James six bottle whisky set. (There is evidence King James stabled his horses on the land our distillery now sits.) If your preference is for rare bottles rather than investing in casks, this limited edition set is the perfect choice.

Made from bourbon, sherry, port, rum, wine and madeira, the six bottle set will comprise one bottle individually flavoured by each cask.

The bottles will be released bi-annually from 2027 beginning with the sherry and bourbon finished whisky. Each set costs £350, with only 300 available.
