Distilled at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney, this 2011 vintage single malt is lightly peated, and was initially matured in a refill hogshead cask for 10 years. Expertly re-racked into an old Cognac Barrique which previously contained some 1993 Grande Champagne Cognac and matured for a further 30 months. As ever, another fabulous label dressing this latest whisky release from KMG, 308 bottles filled by Thompson Bros at 55.5% vol.
