Chosen by Alistair Walker to be part of the sixteenth batch of single casks, this sherry bomb of a dram was distilled in 2013 and matured for 10 years in cask. Bottled from a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, 698 bottles have been filled from cask #800069 at 57.9% vol. All the previous PX expression from Infrequent Flyers have been excellent, this is another great pick and could well be our go to dram this festive season!
