The first traces of the Bichot family date back to 1214. They settled in Burgundy in 1350, in their stronghold of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. The family's coat of arms has not changed since nor has its symbol, a doe.

Our ambition is to provide you with unique sensations and emotions, by having you discover the very essence of Burgundy wines.  Every vintage is a challenge; each wine is a unique story, a terroir to be revealed, a gem.  Respect for nature, constant care and meticulousness; it is our understanding of complex equilibriums that lends our wines all of their elegance and authenticity.  Each wine that bears the Albert Bichot signature, whether it comes from our estates or is crafted from grapes purchased from our partner growers, holds the promise of unwavering quality and precision, while preserving all of its specificities. 

Menu:

1st Course- Albert Bichot Cremant Brut Rose w/ amuse bouche of crab, endive, citrus.

2nd Course- Albert Bichot Dom Long Depaquit Chablis w/ soupe à l'oignon galette and salade verte.

3rd Course- Albert Bichot Bourgogne Passetoutgrain w/ duck rillettes, cherry confiture, Dijon.

4th Course- Albert Bichot Fixin w/ Coq au Vin
