Join us as we welcome Martina Centa winemaker for Roeno Winery in Trentino Alto-Adige.  This will be a smaller intimate dinner with limited seating.  The dinner will start with a welcome aperitivo and antipasti followed by three plated courses.  Each course will be meticulously paired with the beautiful wines handcrafted by Martina.  Join us for this special evening!

Fugatti family is the sum of values and knowledge that cements and brings together the different generations, beyond blood ties. Like branches on a tree pointing in different directions, yet the roots remain as one – firmly anchored to Roeno core values: respect and modesty.

Nestled on the border between Veneto and Trentino, in the land known as “Terra dei Forti”, the winery is surrounded by mountain slopes that flank the Adige River. A land of (no) borders, two words rich in fascination and references, cultural confluences and interwoven lives.

1st Course- Schuttelbrot flatbread, aged fontal, speck, greens w/ Roeno Pinot Grigio Valdadige DOC "Tera Alta"

2nd Course- Canederli in brodo w/ Roeno Müller Thurgau Trentino DOC "Le Giare"

3rd Course- Asparagus in bolzanini sauce, crispy potatoes w/ Roeno Riesling Renano Praecipuus

4th Course- Tyrolean goulash, polenta w/ Roeno Marzemino Vallagarina IGT "La Rua"
