Ay is home to some of the most coveted Grand Cru Pinot Noir in all of Champagne, and Gatinois has traditionally sold a large portion of their crop to the Grande Marques, specifically Bollinger. These days, Monsieur Gatinois is bottling more and more for the family’s label.
