His 2021 Vespidae Pinot Noir contains hefty amounts of fruit from Temperance Hill and Shea Vineyards, two of the best vineyards in Oregon. It is quite formidable and complete. Deep crimson in color and showing loads of ripe red and blue fruits, spice, and flowers on the nose, this takes some time to unwind but once it does, it comes out of its shell to showcase a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness. YUM!
