Distilled in 2002 and left to matured for 9 years in a traditional American oak cask. In 2011 this Highland malt was transferred to a cask that previosuly held Pedro Ximenez, sherry to further mature for a period of over three years. Bottled at 46% vol in 2014.



The Cuatro range includes: Fino, Manzanilla, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez.
