Anthony Wills, Managing Director and founder of Kilchoman Distillery had a vision that he could produce an Islay whisky, with every stage of the process completed at the distillery itself. In 2011, this limited edition 100% Islay bottling made that dream come true, every part of crafting this very special malt; the barley growing, distillation, maturation to bottling was completed at Kilchoman Distillery, Islay.

This rare version is the Kilchoman 100% Islay Cask strength release, bottled at 61.3% was only available at the distillery in person, in very limited numbers.
