Warranty

If you have a problem with your scooter, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, and they will arrange for an authorized technician to diagnose/repair your scooter. GoMobolity Scooters will have the parts shipped directly to the technician, or your residence �" free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your mobility equipment to working condition in the shortest time possible.

The following parts will be repaired or replaced at Pride's discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.

5 Years: Structural frame components, including: platform, forks, seat post, and frame welds

Two Years: All electronic parts including controllers and battery chargers

1 Year: Drivetrain including differential, motor, and brakes

Six Month: The batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear including: ABS Plastic Shrouds, Tires and Tubes, Upholstery and Seating. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products Corporation. All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship. Any abuse or intentional misuse of the Transport Wheelchair will void the warranty.
