110kW of hot air blowing unit heater. This industrial space heater is big on power but not on size, allowing use in various applications.
Our customers used these industrial grade unit heaters for heating warehouses, large open spaces, factories, machine workshop as well as heating farms and keeping large sheds warm.
With high power heating output and large air flow rate these heaters have also been used to keep animals warm, heating chicken houses, keeping horses warm in stables, providing heat and air movement in poultry and pig farms, green houses, plant nurseries and other agriculture applications where vast amounts of heat is needed.
Our fan heaters be used in domestic or commercial applications.
Can be mounted from wall or a ceiling, with a powerful fan providing air coverage of around 15-20m.
The 110kW unit will require roughly a 45-55kW boiler to generate enough comfortable heat for an open space area of around 250-300m2 @ 3-4m height.
The unit comes with bracket, holding bolts, a controller with adjustable thermostat and 3 way fan speed adjustment.
Very easy to install, can be connected and work alongside existing radiators.
The fan on the 110kW space heater has the following air flow rate in meter cubes.
Speed 1 - 2300m3.
Speed 2 - 3500m3.
Speed 3 - 4200m3.
Following scenario is at fan speed 3.
With average water temperature flowing into the heat exchanger being a constant 65 deg C, it now returns at around 40-45 deg C.
Assuming air entering heat exchanger being 15 deg C will now be heated to 36 deg C.
The specific heat capacity of the above scenario is 28-32kW.
A variable constant for the water flow rate is assumed to be around 1330 litres per hour.
