High-grade titanium alloy is used for both the sleeve and end cap of the muffler, providing lightweight durability. The link pipe and headers are fabricated from stainless steel, resulting in a 3kg reduction compared to the stock components. As a special design feature, the muffler is discreetly located under the chassis and the resonator is tucked away beneath the lower fairings, exiting to the right side, creating a seamless visual effect. For extra safeguards, a carbon fibre heat shield that is inspired by the R6 and R1 lines is added.

The combination of advanced materials, precise design, and streamlined weight creates a powerful package with impressive performance benefits, including a 5.9hp (4.3kW) boost at 9,700rpm and an extra 2.9Nm at 5,500rpm.
