This system is 26.5% lighter than factory-standard parts, with construction from high-grade, lightweight titanium alloys providing ideal thicknesses for optimal performance with minimal weight. Its profiled surface ensures the sound produced meets FIM noise limit regulations, with a deep, full tone and balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine, as well as durability for the muffler.

Space is limited, so the muffler was designed to be as big as possible. This reduces the noise pollution in the environment while also improving exhaust flow, resulting in an accelerating response across the rev range and improved throttle control. Additionally, the system produces 2.8hp (2.1 kW) more power at 9,750rpm and an extra 1.8Nm torque at 9,460rpm compared to stock parts.

Titanium is featured prominently throughout the system, with a titanium header featuring an integrated resonance chamber for optimal power and sound output, as well as a newly designed titanium heat shield.
