BMW G30 G31 520d 540d G32 620d 640d Stepped Front Mount Intercooler in Black.

We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low.

It has the ability to deal with whatever you throw at them. The size of the core is 570mm x 236mm x 109mm.

We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.

The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of 85 degrees through 3 runs on the road.

At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temperatures were 55 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were in the high 20's over all 5 pulls on the road. 

The MTC intercooler features a massive competition core (70% bigger than standard) with flowed cast end tanks and increased surface area.

Professional installation is recommended and will take approximately 2 hours as it is a direct replacement to the car with the standard hoses fitting and clipping in. May require some plastic trimming on some models.
