BMW N54 135i 335i 7” Stepped Huge Front Mount Intercooler in Grey, also fits many other models

We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low.

• This intercooler is the biggest on the market for the N54 and is nearly 2” longer than the VRSF 7” intercooler
• Ability to deal with over 800 bhp
• The MTC intercooler features a massive competition core with flowed cast end tanks and increased surface area
• The core size is 510mm x 280mm x 191mm and weighs 16.8kg 
• Finished powder coated in grey

We also supply 2 smaller intercoolers engineered in the same way. One to deal with 500bhp and the other to deal with 600bhp. 

We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.

The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 135-140 degrees through 5 runs on the road.

At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temperatures were 85 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were in the high 20's over all 5 runs on a car with hybrid turbos.

The intercooler is a direct fit and there are some great videos on YouTube to follow. However, professional installation is recommended and will take approximately 1-2 hours. You may need to make some extra brackets as this is very big and heavy.

Included in the kit is all the clamps and hoses to connect it all up as shown in the pictures.
