CNS was a special carburetor sold to GAS Bike in CA during 2008 to 2012.   

CNS stands for Carburetor New Style,

Comes complete with throttle handle, throttle cable and choke lever with cable. 

All of which are hooked up to the carb for immediate installation. 

CNS Carbs have air fuel mixture and idle adjustment screws.     These are not then EPA non-adjust versions.
