This Thuren 2nd gen sway bar is a softer rate than the stock unit, allowing the axle to move more independently side to side. Includes Sway bar, Frame mounts and End links. 

A torsion sway bar is a great upgrade as it allows for easier articulation and smoother ride with single sided bumps. Instead of the stiff, stock sway bar throwing you out of your seat over ruts or in/out of driveways, a torsion sway bar will glide right over those features and allow the suspension to soak things up without transferring that energy to the cab. 

Direct bolt in fitment for 1998.5-2002 second gen Dodge Ram trucks.

Fits 1994-1998 with modification.

• This sway bar does NOT FIT 1994 to early 1998 axles with the "Cobra style" axle mount as a bolt on item. That said, if you want to mount this sway bar on a 94-98 truck, all you need to do is cut off the cobra style axle mounts and weld on the provided DT Pro Fab eyelet style brackets to convert to the 98+ style sway bar mounts. If you've got access to a welder and angle grinder, it's well worth the effort and makes this sway bar an awesome ride quality upgrade. This change also allows 94-98 trucks to run a Thuren 2nd gen track bar, which is another massive upgrade.

• 6 grease zerk fittings used throughout the assembly.
• Same proven JKS Poly orbital joints as used in Thuren swaybar links.
• Not recommended if you have a much higher center of gravity. For example a slide in camper. Heavy weight in the bed below the rail, or on the trailer hitch, is no issue.
