Carli Suspension radius arm drops for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are a critical part to achieve proper caster with a leveling kit on a 2023+ Super Duty. For 2023, Ford made some major changes to the Super Duty front suspension, and in 2024 made a key change to the axle dust cover. This axle dust cover change meant that caster shims could no longer be used to address caster more than 1 degree. As a result, Carli went back to the drawing board to create a radius arm drop worthy of the Carli name. This drop combined with a Carli level coil allows you to achieve a proper 2.8-3 degrees of caster with the stock shim. Combined with the caster adjustment capability of the Carli radius arms, you can achieve about 6 degrees of caster while still using the stock shims.
