The Full Travel Ford Super Duty Airbag kit is a brand new design that maintains the best balance of ride quality, articulation, and seamless airbag engagement on the market for 17+ Ford Super Duty trucks. Unlike other kits that require a sacrifice at either end of the spectrum, the removable billet spacer in this kit means you can have instant bag engagement when you need it, and smooth unimpeded wheel travel when you don't.

This kit separates itself from the competition in a few key ways. A normal airbag kit will marry the frame and axle of the truck, and only provide the size of the bag as up and down travel which dramatically hurts ride. The Firestone/cradle kit we introduced offers a cost effective way to maintain full droop travel, better ride quality and as much up travel as possible. That said, the gap between the bag and cradle before engagement translates to about 1" to 2" of sag when loaded before the bags engage.

This full travel kit utilizes the same principals as the Daystar kit, but expands on them with a machined and removable spacer. This spacer can be installed for instant bag engagement when loaded to prevent sag, and removed to allow for free travel, and complete upward and downward travel of the suspension even with Carli Leaf packs.

This is the ONLY level height airbag kit on the market that allows for full and complete up and down travel of the suspension with Carli leaf packs, while maintaining full towing capability.

100% engineered and fabricated in the USA to be compatible with Ford OEM and B&W fifth wheel hitches:

2017-2022: B&W model # compatibility: 1116 (gooseneck) , 2406 (5th wheel)

2023- Current: B&W model # compatibility: 1123(gooseneck) , 2406(5th wheel)

Please note that if you are buying a stock leaf variant, the upper overloads and spacer are removed with this kit. Towing capacity is not impacted in doing so thanks to the airbags. 

This kit requires 7.5" of frame to tire clearance. Please measure before buying, but this is typically only an issue on dually trucks with larger aftermarket tires.
