The ProLink is Factor 55’s original shackle mount. Trusted and used by first responders worldwide, ProLink is easy to install and allows winch owners the ability to replace the vehicle’s winch hook with a stronger shackle/D-Ring mount. Engineered and machined in the USA from lightweight billet 6061 aluminum, ProLink doesn’t require splicing and is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes and both hawse and roller fairleads. The cable eye is retained in the ProLink by an ultra-strong aerospace-grade titanium double-shear pin and internal snap ring, and is easily installed in minutes. The EPDM rubber guards protects alloy fairleads and is securely attached to the ProLink with four barbed tips and prevents rattling.  WARNING: Keep forces in line.  Do not side load shackle.

This product is compatible with Closed System Winching®, a technique that uses rigging comprised entirely of closed-link hardware. With Closed System Winching you get the extra security and confidence needed to tackle the most demanding winch recoveries.
