S&S Motorsport injectors are built to the highest possible standards of any fuel components on the common rail market.

Each injector is carefully modified to your desired size then balanced precisely as a matched set to ensure smooth running and highly efficient results. S&S Diesel Motorsport uses custom injector testing equipment, modified in-house, to thoroughly validate every product to a level of standards that exceeds OEM capabilities. Measuring the injection rate shape of complete sets simultaneously, and measuring the complete profile of five injection events per simulated combustion cycle are just a few of the capabilities of the S&S fuel lab. 

What does it mean to balance an injector set?  When injector sets are balanced, this means that they all flow equally or as close to equal as possible.  A well balanced set of injectors results in smoother idle and reduced stress on engine components.  Balanced injector sets are also more efficient, make more power, run cleaner, and provide better fuel mileage compared to comparable unbalanced sets.

S&S Diesel Motorsport products carry a two-year unlimited-mileage warranty from the date sold.  The warranty is attached to the product itself and can be transferred to subsequent owners within the two-year period. Any suspect hardware must be returned to S&S for evaluation, and will be repaired or replaced at S&S discretion. Damage from improper usage and external contaminants, such as but not limited to, water and debris is not covered under warranty. Customer is responsible for testing charges on unwarrantable hardware. S&S Diesel Motorsport is not responsible for labor, shipping charges, lost time, damages, travel, hotel and any other cost incurred as a result of a warranty claim.
