With the updated Gen 3 Coyote Engine in 2018-23 GT Mustangs. It received a boost in power due to increased compression ratio and a new intake manifold design having longer runners. It was quickly realised adding this manifold to your 2011-17 Mustang Gen 1 & Gen 2 Coyote Engine benefited in increasing the vehicles performance by around 15-25 BHP with little to no loss in torque! Being one best value Intake Manifolds it is certainly the most popular choice by owners wanting to upgrade.

Pairing this with a Cold Air Intake, High Flow Long Tube headers and Cat-back exhaust you should see a healthy 65-70 BHP Increase and transforms the engine with more responsive delivery in acceleration.

The manifold is a straight bolt on application but requires the following to work and perform correctly on these model years of Mustangs:

2015-2017 Mustang GT

• Requires Custom Tuning - Please contact us for help and advice if looking for a reputable / recommended tuner.
• CMCV Actuators are different between 15-17 & 18-23 model years. Requires Pigtail Harness Adapters to retain the use of these. These are recommended to be kept in place on street vehicles for low end power driveability.

• CMCV Actuators are different between 11-14 & 18-23 model years. Unfortunately their are no pigtail harness adapters available and is required to be locked out. These are avaiable in the drop down menu to choose when placing your order.
• Modification to EVAP vacuum lines - For the cleanest and most straightforward install we recommend using 2018-23 Vacuum Line Assembly, avaiable to order here: #JR3Z2420C

Note: JR3Z-9424-A 2018-20 (Grey Top) has now been replaced with JR3Z-9424-B 2021-23 (Black Top) Intake Manifold.
