The Lohen Performance Exhaust Manifold is a direct replacement for the original, and an exceptional choice for your all W10 and W11 engines found in the One, Cooper, Cooper S and JCW R50, R52 and R53 MINI.

The Exhaust Manifold comes with a choice of an easily changeable high performance sports catalyst (cat) or a de-cat pipe.

The exhaust manifold is made from 304 stainless steel and uses a 4-1 downpipe design with an increased diameter bore measuring 63.5mm (2.5") through the single section and a relaxed design particularly on ports 1 and 4 where the original manifold is fairly restrictive, producing a noticeable power gain and helps to improve mid-range power and torque.

The manifold features CNC machined manifold header that is smoother and matched to the Lohen ported big valve cylinder head to achieve optimal gas flow cylinder head upgrades as well as improving flow and sound from the standard engine. The CNC header is machined perfectly flat to ensure a perfect manifold to cylinder head contact and seal. Further the ports to the exhaust ports are machined to receive the exhaust pipe work and welded externally, this is done to ensure a smooth internal surface for gas optimal gas flow. 

While optimised for use with the Lohen big valve head this can be used with the standard One, Cooper, Cooper S, JCW and GP cylinder heads. 

The manifold carries a first-owner lifetime warranty with the flexi sections and catalysts a 2-year warranty.

Note that a sports catalyst or de-cat section must be purchased in addition to the manifold. As the cat/de-cat section is removable it's easy to change between a sports catalyst or a de-cat pipe. The de-cat pipe and Sports catalyst are for off-road/track use only.
