Custom Performance Engineering®(cp-e®) is excited with the release of its BMW n54 HKS BOV. All versions of this BOV kit now include a Methanol bung.

cp-e®'s first option utilizes made in the U.S.A. quality of the Tial Sport blowoff valve. The adaptor features a unique throttle body fitting that is machined of 6061 T6 aluminum and seals against the throttle body using the stock o-ring gasket. The Tial Sport blow off valve is a perfect match for the BMW, its sleek and sophisticated just like the car itself. It offers a sound that is not obnoxious but loud enough that you know what is under the hood.

The second option available is arguably the most popular, most common BOV in the world. The kit has an optional, new and reworked SSQV from HKS. cp-e® is proud to offer a complete solution based on this valve. The cp-e® blowoff valve kit comes complete, with a high quality HKS "super sequential" blowoff valve, cp-e® designed and manufactured adaptor flange for the throttle body, and all of the hardware necessary to use this blowoff valve.

Both kits feature a 3” OD mandrel bent 6061 aluminum pipe and a billet 6061 aluminum MAP sensor mount to accommodate the stock MAP sensor. cp-e® also provides vacuum caps to cover the stock blow off valve nipples. The cp-e® blow off valve adaptor is machined out of billet 6061-T6 Aluminum. cp-e® uses a advanced 3D machining processes that most competitors will not spend the extra machine time on to bolt on to the stock throttle body. Most BOV kits for this car involve cutting and hacking of the stock plastic components of the vehicle.

Blow off valves are a key component in any turbocharger system. When adding performance accessories to a turbocharged vehicle, a blowoff valve that is capable of dealing with the additional airflow and pressures should be selected. Aftermarket blowoff valves are designed specifically for larger quantities of air and higher pressures.

cp-e® offers a lifetime warranty on all cp-e® products. This warranty does not include short blocks, cylinder heads, and non cp-e® parts.
