iBasso is back with a high-end DAP, mixing brilliantly pure sound performances and modern and ergonomic design. Its digital/analog conversion stage embeds an excellent ESS ES9038Pro chip, supporting high resolution audio streams, up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and MQA 16x, while ensuring an impressively clear and rich reproduction. The received and decoded audio signal is then routed to the integrated and interchangeable AMP1 MK3 amplifier module.

A true computer that fits in the palm of your hand, the DX240 is equipped with powerful and efficient components. It uses a Snapdragon 660 SoC, associated with a dual Mango OS and Open Android 9.0 operating system. The clock signals are managed by two independent NDK femtosecond oscillators and synchronized by an FPGA optimized by the brand.

In terms of connectivity, the DX240 is also well supplied. Its outputs are indeed multiple since the iBasso DAP provides a single-ended 3.5mm jack output, a balanced TRRS 2.5mm jack output and a 3.5mm jack line output. It also has a bi-directional Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity allowing to connect it to a source such as a smartphone as well as to a headset or Bluetooth earphones. Its WiFi 2.4GHZ/5GHz connectivity allows it to access files stored on your local network.

Embedding a large 4400mAh battery, the device charges easily and quickly via a USB-C port, for up to 11 hours of playback time.
