The TAL-450 trip wire is a simple to use, heavy duty label dispenser designed to give years of operation.  With a web capacity of up to 4.5", the TAL-450 is a great way to effectively and efficiently dispense labels.

General Overview:

Model TAL-450 has been the industry standard for over 40 years.  Designed and built to work with almost any label construction.  The TAL-450 is simple to operate and will keep up with production day after day.

Designed and built in the USA the TAL-450 is built with an eye to detail and durability.  Featuring an adjustable unwind tension system as well as a vertical peel edge for a more ergonomic dispense.  The TAL-450 has remained relatively unchanged for the last 40 years, and that is a testament to its design and durability.

Optional Add-Ons:

• 18" Roll Adapter: use this if you are using a roll of labels that has up to an 18" diameter.  The base model has a maximum roll diameter of 12".

• Fan Fold Adapter: this adapter allows for use of fan folded labels.  This adapter can be taken on and off with the original setup.

• Heavy Duty Cooling Fan: this fan is mounted on the underside of the housing and is designed to run whenever the unit is "on."  The motor also still has its standard fan, but that only runs when the motor is going.  This add-on is ideal for hot work environments and/or for units that are planned to be in constant use.

• Label Counter: this add-on allows the user to have the labels used to be counted.
