The Aco® Modular 125 range is a robust off-the-shelf draining solution, tailored for internal environments such as kitchens and hospitals. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304L-grade stainless steel, it is fully pickle passivated, ensuring longevity and reliability.

The channel with discreet gully is available in three depths, providing the necessary components to establish a seamless, smooth-flowing system. Its modular design offers a perfect solution with a wide variety of channel options, including corners, branch units, and outlets, allowing you to easily integrate around machinery and within existing floor patterns. The channels are equipped with adjustable feet.

The channel with discreet gully has a vee-bottomed profile, which not only enhances flow efficiency at low rates but also contributes to self-cleaning performance. The integrity of the system is maintained through a fully welded construction, rendering it watertight and significantly boosting hygiene by eliminating the need for complex mechanical clamping systems.

The channels are tested and certified to BS EN 1433 standards, bearing a CE mark as a testament to its compliance. It is designed to be compatible with tiled, concrete, and epoxy resin floors. (Please note, this product is not suitable for suspended timber floors.)

For load class of B125 and above, a PVC infill strip is required for on-site installation (purchased separately). Edge in-fill ensures stable and durable transmission of applied loads between the gully and surrounding floor, which helps minimise the risk of floor cracks that can harbour microorganisms.

In scenarios requiring vinyl and flexible sheet flooring, an extra seal is available for purchase, making it a highly adaptable solution for diverse flooring requirements.

Compatible with the Aco® gully, 157 telescopic gully. Available with vertical or horizontal orientation. Channel gratings are available separately.
