The HPSV high pressure safety shutoff valve is a single-stage automatic shut-off valve for gas engines or other high pressure applications using 24 VDC. It is a double-seated valve with max operating pressure of up to 100 PSI (7 bar). With a fast-open/fast-close valve, the HPSV is recommended for industrial and commercial applications using spark ignited gas engines for standby and prime power generation. The HPSV is suitable for dry natural gas, propane, butane, air and inert gases for pressures up to 100 PSI. Suitable for up to 0.1% by volume, dry H2S. There are four 1/4" NPT pressure ports.

The HPSV can be directly engine mounted. It has been tested and designed for installation with high levels of vibration.

• Nema 4 (45W)-Outdoor installation
• Housing: Aluminum, Steel; free of non-ferrous metals.
• Sealings on valve seats: NBR-based rubber.
• Gas strainer standard installed in the housing upstream 1 mm stainless steel mesh.
• 4 x 1/4” NPT taps available

Connector (271568) is required.
Seal (268153) is recommended.
