Use this Esco Oil Sight Glass and Level Monitor (OSGL) to achieve constant and quick monitoring of your fluid. You’ll quickly spot water contamination and assess oil clarity and oil level.

The body is made of a robust, clear cast acrylic.  It includes a spring-loaded drain valve that lets you easily discharge water from the machine. Use the included red and green Buna O-rings to mark upper and lower limits or show running and idle oil levels.  A 2 micron breather is also included. It lets the oil level equalize with the level inside the system. If you need a closed loop system, install without the breather and port back from the top opening into your machine.

The upper column comes in heights from 3" to 24" to relate to the distance from the oil sump access port and the maximum height that the oil might reach. 

It is available with a second 3/8" NPT port opposite the installation nipple to allow the installation of a Sample Port for oil sampling.

The Oil Sight Glass and Level Monitor works in most operating environments with a max temperature rating of 230°F and a max pressure rating of 265#. (Operating Temperatures and Pressures: 180°F to 265 PSI, 203°F to 66 PSI, 230°F at atmospheric pressure).
