The first 20-minute training program is designed to deliver the specific levels of training required for compliance with the new U.S.C.G. Maritime Security Regulations known as the Maritime Transportation Security Act – MTSA and the Department of Transportation’s – DOT Security Requirements for Offerors and Transporters of Hazardous Materials. This training is consistent with the requirements in 33CFR 105.215 for maritime facility personnel and 49CFR 172 (HM-232) for personnel involved in the shipping of Hazardous Materials.

The second 32-minute training program, is designed to be viewed as an addition or second section, to Moxie Media’s “Security Awareness for Maritime Facilities, Plants and Shippers of Hazardous Materials.” All personnel with security duties or responsibilities are required to undergo additional security training consistent with the requirements in 33CFR 105.210 for maritime facilities.

Each program, with accompanying written Facilitator Guide with test questions, is ideal for training all current and future employees that are required to perform security duties while on the job.
