We will try to fix it as soon as possible with the carrier and / or insurance. This situation is completely different to cases of warranty for malfunction or manufacturing defect. In case of return parts for reasons unrelated to our product the return costs are costumers  responsibility and the refund will only be made after checking the condition of the returned item. In case of return send the parts properly packed in the original box.
