• 8/3/25 signing date
• Must have all orders received in house by 7/15/25.  That means if sending in your own item, we need to have it in our hands by this date.  If they do not arrive by this date, we will make other arrangements with you to get it signed (hold for next signing, express to signing, etc).  We suggest shipping your items to us by UPS.  If using USPS, allow for 7-10 days to arrive to us.
• Must purchase autograph to get an inscription (if inscription is available).  If item is already previously signed by the athlete, we can’t add inscriptions.  Must be a new item that is being signed.
• If due to time frame, can send items direct to us.  Make sure your order # is on the shipping label and you put all signing instructions in your order notes.
• Bulky items such as a seatback or oversized artwork may have additional shipping charges
• Don't forget to follow steps 1-4 of the submission process.  The MOST important step is to label your item with PSM/order # (fill in yours), your pen color and type, and where you want authentication. If no authentication write NO COA.  Leave room for the athlete to sign without having to remove your labeling.

1. Include Submission Form: Please ensure to include the completed SUBMISSION FORM with your item. This form helps us identify your order and ensures accurate processing.
2. Label Your Item: It's crucial to label your item clearly with your name, order number, signature location, pen color/type, and COA location. If no COA is needed please mark NO COA on your labeling. This ensures that your item is signed correctly the exact way you want.  Here is a VIDEO to help you label and ship your item.  Simply scroll to the timestamp of the item you are sending in. 
3. Print Off Your Receipt: We kindly ask you to print off your order receipt and include it with your item. This serves as proof of purchase and helps us confirm the details of your order.
4. Add Your Order Number to the Shipping Label: To avoid any confusion when your item is received by us, please add your order number prominently to the shipping label. This allows our team to quickly identify your package upon receipt. Ship your item here…
